This Is My Favorite TED Talk of All Time and You’ve Probably Never Even Seen It – article and related TED talk

The psychologist Shawn Achor talks really fast and inserts a few jokes. He makes some excellent points. The crazy part? It makes me happy every time I watch it. Have you seen it?

By John Brandon Contributing editor,

For years, psychologists have been telling us to look at things more positively. They want us to see the learnings, the good sides, and the silver linings in bad things that can happen to us. They also advocate us being more thankful for the many things that happen to us on a daily basis.

The subject of this article, Shawn Achor, is very good at wrapping this topic up in just a few minutes, and he is also quite entertaining. Do yourself a favor – check out this TEDx Bloomington (Indiana) Talk!
