There are many people that are on welfare or otherwise are low-wage workers. Many would like to work, but can’t because they cannot find affordable child care.
A couple of the other challenges they may face is that their hours are “flexible,” or they may work the 3rd shift. In these cases, if there are no family members that can take care of their children, again, they simply cannot work. Here is an example of how this can be fixed within the community, so all of the members of that community benefit.
